March 1999 Newsletter.
I'd like to extend congratulations to Louisa Howerow who received a
promotion as a vice principal. Louisa taught as a librarian-teacher in a
French Immersion school here in London Ontario Canada. She is a
frequent contributor to newsletters, magazines and very active in local
and provincial library organizations.
She also contributed wonderful site
reviews and tips for my book The Busy Educator's Guide To The World Wide
Web. Well done Louisa.
