There are original stories to read and selected stories to print and color.  Parents can create a Good Deed Calendar for children to keep up with their chores throughout the year.

The Elf Pal Academy, an animated classroom, offers over 80 different exercises
that can easily be incorporated into teacher's lesson plans or to a home schooling curriculum.  You can customize and print award certificates or a diploma signed by Santa. 

Some of the activities found within the site include: connect-the-dots, connect-the
-dashes, simple and advanced mazes, connect-the-letters, letter concentration

Boggle's World is a resource site for language arts and ESL teachers. The site
contains free worksheets, crosswords, word searches, and flashcards to
download print and photocopy. There are also lesson plans and articles with a
mix of theory and practice. The materials are created by teachers and have all
been tested in classroom situations.

with lesson plans, curriculum help, and in Missouri, tips for our MAP assessment
