My grade 5 students loved this video so much, I had to show it twice! Great for an

One of the most famous baseball comedy acts to ever take place was this hilarious
exchange between Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. Also included at this site is an audio
download. One of my grade 7 students presented this as her public speaking topic over
twenty years ago—it was a grand slam!

The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (NLVM) is an NSF (National Science
Foundation) supported project that began in 1999 to develop a library of uniquely
interactive, web-based virtual manipulatives or concept tutorials, mostly in the form of
Java applets, for mathematics instruction (K-12 emphasis). Here you’ll find a wonderful
collection of interactive manipulatives for number and operations, algebra, geometry,
measurement, data analysis and probability.
