KRAUS KREATIONS (TEACHERS, STUDENTS GR. K-4)

Kristin Kraus is one talented and very busy computer teacher! Her site outlines a year's worth of technology integrated lessons which support the classroom curriculum. Although her focus is on gr. K-4, many of her curriculum resources and ideas are applicable to higher grades as well. I'll be using her resources for my gr. 5/6 class next year.

BOOK REPORT SANDWICH STATION (TEACHERS, STUDENTS GR. 3-5)

This resource from Scholastic.com is a great way to support student writing with prompts for plot, setting, character, and personal response. Students can add a graphic before printing the final draft.

MRS. DOMINY'S DYNAMITES (K TEACHERS)

'Mrs. Dominy's Dynamites' is a labor of love and it shows with the teacher created powerpoint shows, class pictures updated weekly, class newsletters, and class slide shows. The site is used in so many ways. It is used as a tool for parents to stay connected with the classroom and be a part of their child's fun-filled education. It is also used as a way for the students to practice Georgia Performance Standards by using one of the many Standard-based links in Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Writing. For the "high-acheivers" there is an 'Excellers link' as well. The website is utilized daily in the classroom and in many of the students' homes'
